1. Are sessions online or in-person?

I offer both. My in person office is located in Etobicoke. If you’re anywhere else in Ontario — or simply prefer the convenience — we can work together online through secure video sessions.

2. What services do you offer?

I offer individual therapy to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I also specialize in supporting you through relationship challenges, building self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. My services focus on fostering emotional healing and growth, while helping you embrace your racial identity and build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

3. What makes Clear Moon Therapy different?

I focus on providing therapy that is culturally sensitive, goal-oriented, and tailored to my clients. My approach prioritizes actionable strategies to help you balance your personal and professional lives while addressing self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and communication challenges.

4. What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share what’s been on your mind, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand how I can support you. There’s no pressure — we go at your pace.

5. How long will I need to be in therapy?

That depends on you. Some people come in for a few sessions to work through something specific, others stay longer for ongoing support. We can talk openly about what feels right for you — and you’re always in control.

6. What if I’m not in crisis — can I still come to therapy?

Absolutely! Therapy isn’t just for emergencies. Many people come to explore personal growth, emotional patterns, or just to have a space to talk openly. If you’re curious about yourself or want things to feel different — that’s reason enough.
