  • Anyone can benefit from an impartial person for guidance. If you feel like things aren’t right and there is something you have been going through or noticing in yourself that you would like to work on, therapy is right for you. The same way you need to try on a few shoes to find ones that fit you just right, you may have to search around for a few different therapists before finding one that fits right with you.   • Therapy is a co-created process between you (the client) and myself (the therapist). There is no one size fits all approach. Each session may be different, but what you can expect is to be met by me, ready to listen.

  • Each therapy session is 50 minutes in length. For optimal benefits, I recommend have consistent sessions every 2 weeks.

  • I have my Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and am a Registered Social Worker. I have worked with various populations, including marginalized populations, low income folks, and individuals in community housing. I also have experience working with individuals following a motor vehicle accidents.

  • $150.00 per 50 minute session, including HST. Registered Social Workers or Counsellors are covered by most extended health benefits. I do not directly bill to insurance providers, but provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your provider.
