Darshana is the founder of Clear Moon Therapy and a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) providing psychotherapy in Ontario. She supports individuals with challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and intergenerational or cultural dynamics.
Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Darshana integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and polyvagal theory to help clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and strengthen their relationships.

Nitya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing support to individuals, couples, families and children (7+) across Ontario. She specializes in helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism, parenting struggles, and complex family or relationship dynamics.
Her therapeutic style is eclectic and collaborative, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems theory. Nitya works from a culturally sensitive, strength-based perspective to help clients uncover root causes, build effective coping skills, and foster deeper, more meaningful connections.

Japnam is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) at Clear Moon Therapy who supports children (10+), teens, adults and families with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Her approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and collaborative. Japnam integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness-based, and attachment-focused therapies to help clients feel safer, better understand their experiences, and build effective coping strategies.
